Snook is an award winning design agency based in Glasgow and London. They are a group of designers, researchers and strategists working to transform the way services are designed and delivered. Join them for a series of talks exploring different levels of engaging citizens in the design process.
The event will consist of a series of talks followed by a drinks reception. Talks will be centred on exploring the different levels of engaging citizens in the design process. This will vary from acting as experts to define user needs to empowering people to better design services themselves and giving them the tools to do so. Examples of projects will include Good Finance and CycleHack.
